In 2003 UCEPP conceived for Para Los Ninois a childcare facility in skid row to inform a homeless population that there are children here using the creation of a mural showing the children on the other sided of the wall the drug addicts & homeless moved all there nightly operations away from the school grounds: “One World One Heart” I am honored to have been a part of this effort some seven years ago.
